Each day Four County Career Center students and staff enjoy healthy meals that meet or exceed USDA standards as established by the National School Lunch Program. Each lunch contains protein, choices of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat or fat-free milk choices. At lunch we offer alternative entrees daily, such as chef salads and sandwiches/subs, and we also add new items as they become available. Each breakfast contains whole-grains and/or protein, fruit choices, and low-fat or fat-free milk choices. Please note that breakfast is not served any time Four County Career Center is on a delayed-start schedule. The food-service staff at Four County Career Center appreciates the opportunity to provide nutritious meals to our students and staff.
