Dear Parent or Guardian:

We are excited about the upcoming school year and it is our goal to make the transition for your student an easy one.  To ensure a smooth entrance to Four County Career Center, we have planned our Packet Pick Up Days for all students.  Please review the list below and attend the scheduled day for your career-technical program.

The Packet Pick Up Days will involve student forms, receiving your class schedule and technology device.  You will receive further details in July on how to fill out your forms on our Final Forms system.  These forms will need to be completed before attending Packet Pick Up Days.  It is important you and your child attend the designated day anytime between 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.   The event will give you the chance to ask questions with guidance counselors and program supervisors. 

During this event you will be ordering your uniforms and paying school fees. Your students program cost sheet is included with this letter.   Please note, uniforms must be paid in full before they will be ordered.  Anything above the uniform section on the cost sheet could be reduced or waived if a student qualifies for Free or Reduced Lunches.
