Anna Frazer (Tinora) was selected as Four County Career Center’s 2023 Franklin B. Walter scholarship winner for her tribute to Career Center Health Careers instructor Robin Hill. Anna and Mrs. Hill were recognized during a presentation of scholarships and celebration for district winners, county winners, and honored instructors at the Northwest Ohio Education Service Center. As part of the application process, students are asked to submit an essay honoring an instructor whom they believe has influenced their positive success in school, as well as a short essay on their short-term and long-term goals and how they hope to make a positive impact on others in the future. Anna plans to attend college to obtain her bachelor of nursing degree following her high school graduation.
