Students in the program receive training and education in the classroom and working in the laboratory child care center which offers a preschool program with extended day care services as well as working at off-site experiential training programs in elementary schools, special schools, day care and preschool/infant care centers and related occupations.

- Signed conviction statement

- Uniforms per specified program

Certification Opportunity:
Certification in First Aid; CPR; Communicable Disease, Detection & Prevention; Child Abuse Detection & Prevention; Child Development Associate (CDA); and 15+ training hours in Early Childhood Development

Articulation Agreements/Tech Prep/Dual Enrollment Opportunities:
Articulation agreements are in place with local colleges
Dual enrollment offered to qualified students

Further Education:

- Two- or four-year degree in early childhood education
